Our programs were designed for Engineers and maintenance technicians. We offer different levels of PLC Training classes, from the basic introductory level to maintenance and advanced programming instruction levels.

With over 35 years of experience, providing Rockwell Automation control system integration, programming, and PLC Training. Working with numerous packaging manufacturers and machine builders, keeping current with today’s PLC programming techniques.

What You Will Learn

The focus is on how PLC’s work, the Control Logix 5000 instruction set, and the diagnostic tools used in troubleshooting today’s manufacturing systems. You will be able to interpret ControlLogix5000 ladder programs and understand the processor scan sequence. The scan sequence is very important to understand, based on the use of Periodic tasks, Event tasks and multiple programs.

Communicating with a ControlLogix 5000 PLC

Creating communications drivers for different protocols, going On-Line, Upload and Download to your ControlLogix processor. Being able to identify your processor communications protocol, then create a driver to go On-Line, interpret and troubleshoot your PLC systems. Create a project and configure modules both discrete I/O and analog. Perform Offline and On-Line edits.
